To register for PUSH THE LIMIT LAN PARTY,  please refer to the steps below:
  1. Fill in the required information below.
  2. Double-check and ensure that all information is accurate. Kindly make the payment and attach the proof of payment before submitting.
  3. You will receive a confirmation email once the payment is verified within 2-3 days.
  4. Participants will be granted a 6 x 3ft table with a chair that is shared with others in the venue. 
  5. Each participant will receive ONE exclusive PUSH THE LIMIT jersey, lanyard and tote bag. 
  6. By registering for PUSH THE LIMIT LAN PARTY 2024, you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions outlined below.

Important Notes:

  1. Your computer must have a wired LAN connection port. No wireless (WiFi) is available for gaming.
  2. We recommend using wired devices for your peripherals.
  3. Install all games you wish to play before the event.
  4. Patch all games you have installed to their latest version.
  5. Install all updates for your computer's operating system.
  6. Make sure that your system is in working order before attending.
  7. Please ensure your monitor is 32 inches wide or less due to limited space on the table.
  8. No Speaker or Soundbar is allowed in the event hall. Please bring your own headset or earphones.
  9. Keep an eye on your belongings and secure them when not at your station.
  10. Remember to stay hydrated and take short breaks to avoid fatigue. 

Rules & Regulations

  1. Participants are fully responsible for the security of their personal belongings and possessions at the event Under no circumstances will the organizer be liable for any losses or damage, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable.
  2. DO NOT attempt to steal items from the event or anyone else. Legal consequences will result.
  3. Smoking, vaping, drugs, and alcohol in any form within the school premises are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. You must go to the street, off the property, to smoke or vape.
  4. Cheating is not tolerated.
  5. DO NOT bring any type of hacks/viruses/etc. to the event.
  6. All participants will be provided with TWO (2) electrical outlets. Please DO NOT bring your own power extensions or power strips to ensure stable electricity during the event.
  7. You are only allowed to be in the venue, the toilet, the canteen, and outside the hall. Other areas are NOT PERMITTED in the school. 
  8. You can bring snacks to the venue but not hot food. You may purchase food at our food stall and eat it in the school canteen located on the same floor. Please note that meals will not be provided as part of the event.
  9. The food and beverage stall will be open daily on 27 & 28 April 2024 only.

The Organizer reserves the right to change, amend, revise, supplement, delete, vary, or add to these Rules & Regulations without prior notice at any time. You shall be bound to changes, amendments, revisions, supplements, deletions, variations, or additions. 

 
 

Terms & Conditions:-

1. Event Overview
The PUSH THE LIMIT LAN PARTY 2024 was organized for the purpose of bringing together participants for a shared gaming experience.
 
2. Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years or older to attend the event. Minors may be required to provide parental consent.
 
3. Registration
Participants must register in advance to secure a spot at the event. Registration details and fees are outlined on the registration form.
 
4. Code of Conduct
All participants must adhere to a code of conduct promoting respectful and inclusive behaviour. Any violation may result in expulsion from the event without a refund.
 
5. Equipment Responsibility
Participants are responsible for the security and maintenance of their personal equipment. The organizers are not liable for any loss or damage to personal property.
 
6. Health and Safety
Participants must comply with health and safety guidelines provided by the organizers. Any participants posing a safety risk may be asked to leave the event.
 
7. Refund and Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be issued for registration fees under any circumstances. Participants are encouraged to review the event details, schedule, and policies before completing the registration process.
 
8. Privacy
Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for event-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
 
9. Amendments
The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions, schedule, or any aspect of the event. Participants will be notified of significant changes.
 
10. Legal Compliance
Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations during the event.
